“I’ve been a client of Jennifer’s for many years, primarily to help with alleviating running injuries and for maintenance to prevent further injury. Being a runner herself, Jennifer understands the “runner mindset” and takes the time to explain how a change in form, distance, running surfaces and equipment can help make the running experience better and more enjoyable. She has helped me through injury utilizing traditional adjustments, along with other therapies such as ultrasound and the cutting edge HOCATT. I appreciate her willingness to learn and keep up-to-date with trending chiropractic practices. Her wealth of knowledge about anatomy and explanations of “why” an injury happens or reoccurs goes along way in the healing process too”

“I came to know Jennifer a year and a half ago when my mom, who is a chiropractic patient of Jennifer's, brought me in to see her for chiropractic evaluation/adjustment. I had started running cross-country (XC) with my school and had strained a muscle in my hip area. Jennifer worked with me on addressing the strain and gave me some strengthening exercises to avoid future injury. I had no further injuries for the rest of the season. That spring, I started running track and she taught me how to sprint and gave me exercises and a strategy for running the 800m and the mile. Her training and advice definitely upped my game and I improved, placing 1st and 2nd for my school district and moving on to districts and placing well in districts (3rd and 4th) also. This past fall I ran XC again and Jenn helped me develop a sprinting/running strategy specific to long-distance XC that helped me improve my overall time, part of which I credit helping my team to make it to districts for the first time in 12years! Currently, during the off-season, Jenn developed a strengthening/conditioning training plan for me to use to prepare for this year's upcoming track season. It's giving my body the needed rest from a rigorous XC season of long distance running while still enabling me to build overall strength, endurance and conditioning that I'll need to cross-train into track season this spring. I have confidence that the plan she developed for me will help me up my game even more!
